What the price excludes
The figures above are for the plot only. Development charges, transfer charges and category charges — for example on corner or park-facing plots — are not included. Ask us for the all-in figure on a specific plot before you decide.

How to pay
- Payments are arranged in person at our office in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. We accept cash and bank transfer.
- Always ask for an official receipt.
- Bank transfers go only to the company account confirmed by our office. We never ask a buyer to send money to a personal account.
- If anyone contacts you claiming to represent MS Alam Enterprise and asks for a transfer to a personal account, stop and call us first.
