Where is Prism City Lahore?
Prism City is on Gunj Sundwan Road, Lahore. The developer's master plan places the site office 3 km off Ring Road, near the Quaid-e-Azam Interchange.

What plot sizes are available?
Residential plots of 3 Marla, 5 Marla and 10 Marla, and a 2 Marla commercial plot. Availability changes, so ask us what is open when you are ready to decide.
How much does a plot cost?
Current four-year plan totals: 3 Marla PKR 2,100,000; 5 Marla PKR 3,500,000; 10 Marla PKR 7,000,000; 2 Marla Commercial PKR 4,000,000. Figures current as of 16 September 2026 and subject to change.
Compare payment plansIs there an instalment plan?
Yes. Each plot has a four-year plan: a booking payment, an allocation payment, 48 monthly instalments, 4 annual instalments and a payment on possession. A customised plan for the commercial plot can be prepared on request.
Does the price include all charges?
No. The plan figures are for the plot only. Development charges, transfer charges and category charges — for example on corner or park-facing plots — are not included. Ask us for the all-in figure on a specific plot.
How do I pay?
Payments are arranged in person at our office in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, by cash or bank transfer. Always ask for an official receipt. Bank transfers go only to the company account confirmed by our office.
What if someone asks me to pay into a personal account?
Do not pay. We never ask a buyer to send money to a personal account. Call us first on 0320-0270018.
Can I visit the site?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange a visit, and we will confirm the day, the time and the meeting point.
Where is your office?
Our office is at 250C Broadway Main Blvd, Commercial Broadway, DHA Phase 8, Lahore, Pakistan. You can meet us there before visiting the site.
